Edge Nation Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Edge Nation ("Edge Nation," "Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using the Edge Nation website, mobile application, ticketing platform, event registration services, community features, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Individuals under 18 may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Accounts

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Keep your password secure

  • Maintain updated account information

  • Notify us of unauthorized account activity

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Ticket Purchases

Edge Nation facilitates ticket sales on behalf of event organizers.

All Sales Final

Unless required by law or specifically authorized by the event organizer:

  • Ticket purchases are non-refundable

  • Convenience fees are non-refundable

  • Processing fees are non-refundable

Event Changes

Event organizers may:

  • Change schedules

  • Modify venues

  • Reschedule events

  • Cancel events

Refund eligibility will be determined by the event organizer's policies.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel suspicious transactions

  • Limit purchases

  • Suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activity

5. Memberships and Subscriptions

Some Services may require paid memberships.

Membership fees:

  • Are billed in advance

  • Renew automatically unless cancelled

  • Are non-refundable except where required by law

Users may cancel future renewals at any time through their account settings.

6. Community Standards

Users may not post or transmit:

  • Illegal content

  • Harassing content

  • Threats

  • Hate speech

  • Pornographic material

  • Defamatory content

  • Spam

  • Malware

Violation may result in suspension or permanent account termination.

7. User Generated Content

Users retain ownership of content they submit.

By posting content on Edge Nation, you grant Edge Nation a:

  • Worldwide

  • Non-exclusive

  • Royalty-free

  • Transferable license

to display, reproduce, distribute, and promote such content in connection with operating the Services.

8. Intellectual Property

All Edge Nation content including:

  • Logos

  • Trademarks

  • Software

  • Graphics

  • Designs

  • Text

remain the exclusive property of Edge Nation or its licensors.

No content may be copied without written permission.

9. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party providers including:

  • Stripe

  • Payment processors selected by Edge Nation

Edge Nation does not store full payment card information.

Users agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.

10. Mobile Applications

Users acknowledge:

  • Standard carrier charges may apply

  • App functionality may vary by device

  • We may release updates and patches

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

11. SMS and Email Communications

By providing contact information, users consent to receive:

  • Account notifications

  • Event updates

  • Transactional messages

  • Marketing communications (where permitted)

Users may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided:

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

We make no warranties regarding:

  • Availability

  • Reliability

  • Event quality

  • Organizer performance

  • Uninterrupted access

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Edge Nation shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Lost profits

  • Lost revenue

  • Lost data

  • Event cancellations

  • Organizer actions

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

Users agree to defend and indemnify Edge Nation against claims arising from:

  • User conduct

  • Violation of these Terms

  • User-generated content

  • Violation of law

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware

Any disputes shall be resolved in Sussex County, DE.

16. Arbitration

At Edge Nation's election, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for:

  • Violations of these Terms

  • Fraudulent conduct

  • Security concerns

  • Illegal activity

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
